Alignment Through Neurodiversity
Whether it’s giving a working parent of a neurodivergent child guidance through our clinical support or providing managers with the tools to recruit and retain neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, there are many ways to tie RethinkCare into your existing DEI initiatives.
What Is Neurodiversity?
Neurodiversity refers to differences in how people communicate, learn, and socialize due to biological differences in the brain. Under the neurodiversity umbrella, autism, ADHD, and dyslexia are considered natural forms of neurological diversity found across all races, cultures, economic conditions, and life experiences.
