Dr. Graham has founded multiple organizations, including FRESH Medicine, a wellness center that promotes a "food-first" approach to healthcare. He has also served as the Chief Health Officer of a food company and consulted for various organizations, advocating for the integration of food into healthcare.

Dr. Graham has been recognized as a national leader in the fields of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Nutrition, Urban Farming, Culinary Medicine, Food Policy, Health Disparities, and Cultural Competency.
